Matt & Catlin | The Homestead At Zion Wedding

Matt & Catlin's wedding will go down as the best dance party of 2018! This is super fitting as Catlin owns Premier School of Dance!

The day started for us early at The Dayton House on the coast in Myrtle Beach. From the minute we walked in and the bridemaids were getting ready we knew it would be a great day. Mimosas were flowing and Catlin kept telling me, "we're just so laid back, today is about having fun".

Salon & Spa 18 were on hand to make sure the hair was on point, and the dress from Fancy Frocks was ready for its big day with Catlin.

After getting bridal party photos done with Kip, Middle Child Photography, it was on to Conway for the wedding.

We were welcomed with open arms to St. James Catholic Church and were excited to film our first Catholic wedding ceremony. Before we could get to the ceremony, Matt & Catlin's son stole the show as he made his entrance before his beautiful mother in her wedding dress.

The ceremony was beautiful and included scripture, hymns, and some great stories by the pastor.

The next part of their wedding day took us to Marion, SC for what ended up being an awesome reception at The Homestead at Zion!

The night kicked off with an amazing choreographed first dance of Catlin & Matt, following by another awesome dance with her Father. (remember that part about her owning a dance company!)

Then it was party time with Global Truth Entertainment. We had been big fans of GTE through their Instagram so we were pumped to be shooting with them! They didn't disappoint!

At one point, Kip from Middle Child Photography, looked over at me and said I've never seen this awesome energy at a wedding before. It was literally 3+ hours of NON-STOP dancing! Absolutely awesome wedding party.

The couple capped the Big Day off with a lantern send-off. It took everyone a few minutes to get the hang of it, but when we did it made for a beautiful end to a beautiful day!

Congratulations to Matt & Catlin, and Thank You for allowing us to capture your story!
